01Is an electronic signature valid in Poland?
A qualified electronic signature issued under eIDAS is recognised in Poland as it is across the EU. Whether it can be used for one specific transaction still depends on the applicable rules and the institution handling it.
02Can I get a signature for Poland from abroad?
Where the provider supports remote identity verification, yes — you can apply without travelling. Eligibility is assessed based on the provider you use, your citizenship and your identity document.
03Can the identity check really be done remotely?
With supported solutions, the identity check is completed from wherever you are, using approved methods. We work out which method fits you after your application.
04Do I need to come to Poland at any point?
When remote verification is available to you, no travel is needed and the whole process runs digitally. If your case does require an in-person step, we tell you upfront.
05Can I set up a Polish company with it?
In eligible electronic incorporation routes, the founding documents can be signed with a qualified electronic signature and filed electronically. Some company types and processes carry extra requirements.
06Does it work for KRS filings?
For registry processes that support electronic signatures, you can sign your documents digitally. Every filing has its own requirements, so eligibility is checked case by case.
07Can I sign commercial contracts with it?
Yes — for contracts where an electronic signature is accepted, you can sign customer, supplier and partner documents electronically.
08Will my bank accept it?
That depends on the bank and the specific transaction. Where they accept qualified electronic signatures, you can sign the documents remotely.
09How long does the signature stay valid?
Certificates are issued for a term of 1, 2 or 3 years and renewed at the end of it. You choose the term when you apply.
10Can Turkish citizens apply?
Yes. Turkish citizens can apply through solutions that support remote identity verification; eligibility is confirmed against your identity document and the chosen provider.
11Can I use it while living outside Poland?
You can use your signature from anywhere with an internet connection — from Türkiye or anywhere else in the world.
